bv666 Privacy Policy
bv666 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of every player on our platform. This Privacy Policy explains in plain, formal English exactly what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you hold over your own information. We encourage all players to read this document carefully before registering.
Privacy at a Glance
The six core commitments that define how bv666 handles your personal data. Full details are set out in the policy document below.
bv666 collects only the personal data that is strictly necessary for account registration, KYC compliance, payment processing, and the delivery of gaming services. We do not collect data for its own sake. Every data point we hold serves a defined, documented purpose.
All data transmitted between your device and bv666.io is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols. Stored personal data is protected by AES-256 encryption at rest. Account passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text or transmitted without encryption.
bv666 does not sell, rent, or commercially trade any player personal data to third-party organisations for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes. Your information is used exclusively to provide and improve bv666 services and to meet our legal compliance obligations. That is the full extent of it.
Where data must be shared with third parties โ such as payment processors like bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, or KYC verification providers โ it is shared under strict contractual obligations. All such partners are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards and solely for the purpose for which it was disclosed.
As a bv666 player, you hold meaningful rights over your personal data: the right to access, correct, restrict processing, and request deletion of the data we hold on you. All such requests are handled within 30 calendar days of receipt. bv666 will never obstruct or penalise a player for exercising their data rights in good faith.
bv666 retains personal data only for as long as it is required for the original purpose or as mandated by applicable law. Account data is held for a minimum of five years following account closure to meet anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. Data no longer required is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
