1 Definitions

4 Account Registration & Security

4.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one active bv666 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected. This restriction applies per person, per household address, per device, and per shared IP address.

4.4 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bv666 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account that results from the player's failure to keep their credentials secure. Players must notify bv666 support immediately if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation.

4.5 Account Verification (KYC). bv666 may require players to complete a KYC verification process at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal, after a change in account details, or where unusual activity is detected. Players must submit valid identity documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. bv666 accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be supported where technically available. bv666 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

5.3 Currency. All bv666 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bv666 does not apply conversion fees at the platform level for BDT transactions. Players using payment methods denominated in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion rates applied by their payment provider, over which bv666 has no control.

5.4 Deposit Ownership. Players may only deposit funds using payment instruments that are registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or accounts belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any resulting balance may be forfeited.

6 Withdrawals & Processing

6.2 Processing Times. bv666 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to KYC completion and any applicable security reviews. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. bv666 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking or mobile money systems.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.4 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. The current wagering requirement status for any active bonus is visible within the player's account dashboard.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification. bv666 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request. 6.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bv666 are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by bv666 carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that have not been wagered within the applicable time limit will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. bv666 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion, and to suspend or close the associated account, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

7.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses and new player promotions are available to each eligible player once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes bonus abuse.

7.5 bv666 Right to Modify Promotions. bv666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not materially disadvantage players who have already opted in and begun wagering under the original terms.

8 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

8.2 Certified Random Number Generators. All non-live-dealer games on the bv666 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game studio. bv666 does not modify game logic, RTP, or payout rates at the platform level.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, bv666 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. bv666 is not liable for any losses resulting from malfunctions beyond the refund of the original stake.

8.4 Prohibited Tools. 9 Sports Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets placed on the bv666 platform are subject to acceptance by bv666. bv666 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including after initial acceptance, where there is evidence of pricing error, match-fixing, insider information, or system exploitation.

9.2 Odds. Odds displayed on the bv666 sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds at which a bet is confirmed at the time of placement are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds are subject to rapid fluctuation and bv666 cannot guarantee that odds displayed will remain available for the duration of the bet placement process.

9.3 Event Cancellation & Postponement. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. Exceptions may apply to specific markets, particularly futures and tournament winner markets, as detailed in the sports betting rules section of the platform.

9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and may vary by sport, competition, and bet type. Limits applicable to specific markets are displayed at the point of bet placement. bv666 reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for any player without prior notice.

9.5 Cricket Betting. bv666 offers a comprehensive cricket betting market covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, and bilateral international series. All cricket bets are subject to the official match result as declared by the governing body. 10 Responsible Gaming

13.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. bv666 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the bv666 platform.

13.5 Player Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for all decisions made regarding their gaming activity, including the selection of games, stake amounts, and the use or non-use of responsible gaming tools. bv666 provides tools and information but accepts no liability for the personal gambling decisions of any individual player.

14 Account Termination

14.1 Termination by bv666. bv666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, provision of false information, or any conduct that bv666 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

14.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure by bv666 for cause, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, bv666 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full. Bonus funds will be forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.

14.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request the closure of their bv666 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their last used withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

15 Amendments to Terms

16 Governing Law & Disputes

16.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

16.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
